Tristina Keith has over 15 years of research experience, having worked across the research industry in innovation and technology roles for OTX, Ipsos and Millward Brown. Having worked in the areas of Operations, Technology and Product Development, Tristina has earned both her undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Cincinnati.
Vice President, Account manager, LRW-CX
Prabhdeep has over a decade of experience in the enterprise software implementation industry. Prior to joining the CX group at LRW in 2015, Prabhdeep was a Business Consultant implementing Business Intelligence solutions at Nielsen Canada. He has been on technology consulting assignments based out of Asia, Europe and North America with Fortune 500 clients such as Honeywell Inc., PepsiCo, Walmart, Siemens and Unilever.
At LRW, Prabhdeep has led implementation and servicing for retail, call centers, and digital.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from India and in 2013 completed his MBA in Marketing & Strategy from York University in Canada.
Assistant General Manager, LRW-CX
Nicole came to LRW in 2015 with twenty-years of research and technology experience. She started her research career focusing on tracking for clients like CBS, MTV, VH1, and CMT. In 2004, she was part of a revolutionary team hired to improve global vendor management, questionnaire design, pricing, and sample methodology for OTX and, eventually Ipsos. Nicole has implemented and serviced retail, finance, hospitality, call centers, and B2B programs. She describes herself as a “Sample nerd.”
Director, Project Management, LRW-CX
Carrie has over 15 years of experience in market research, utilizing the full spectrum of custom research approaches and techniques to help clients identify insights and inform business decisions. Her experience includes domestic and international research for a wide range of industries, including retail, QSR, consumer products, manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, technology, and financial services. Carrie joined LRW in 2005 and has spent much of her time managing Customer Experience programs. She joined the LRW-CX group in 2018. Carrie received a B.B.A. with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
Director, Solutions, LRW-CX
Hector has been in the market research industry for over 25 years. Half of that time was spent managing phone rooms, projects and people. The other half was spent as a programmer (CFMC/Dimensions) and manager of quality assurance.
Hector joined LRW-CX in 2015 and applied his background to become a leader in developing creative solutions for B2B and B2C programs.
